This is a mathematically generated hi resolution parabolic shape. Because it is a parabola it can be scaled in any direction and still retain the property of being parabolic. This is useful for models of dish antennae and other reflective parts such as a telescope mirror with the property of reflecting all parallel rays to an exact point. The model consists of 180 identical components which makes it very easy to handle in SketchUp. It is free to use without credit.
