This is a possible low-budget prototype for my idea, which avoids the massive effort of designing and building my own rocket by simply producing the fuel and returning to base, which would work as a proof-of-concept, because hydrogen/oxygen fueled rockets have already been built so research into that doesn't seem necessary.
