Hoop and concrete floor. Note to reviewer: the concrete court flooring *is* accurately quite a few inches off the ground from the surrounding dirt - it is not "too built up". We leveled the ground, built a half-foot wall around the parameter of the court, then poured in concrete. So the concrete rises 2-3 inches above the surrounding dirt.
