This is very similar to my other 1 bed, 1 bath home. All I've done is move some furniture here and there, adjusted the size and position of some windows, and added a small office space. The desk in the model is an exact match to the desk I built a while back. The racing wheel mount can be removed, of course. - - - A small home I created, which has one bedroom, one bathroom and an open kitchen. I created all the furniture using sketchup, so it may be a little rough compared to other models. All of the furniture has been made components, so removing or modifying parts of this model should be easier for you. This is a modified version of my friend's apartment. The "slab" should be under 1000 square feet. See tags for some features I designed into the model. I've modeled an attic with a small movie theatre and a roof with some depth to it. The office furniture, attic, and roof are on their own layers so you can hide them and view the overall layout of the house easily. Enjoy.
