3' high from floor to bottom of the bed. Under bed there is a deskmaybe add some cubby holes to hold knick nacks. A closet with sliding doors and about 2 foot deep and 2 1/2 foot wide. And a bench type seating area with a large drawer under it for toys and what nots and add shelving to cubby hole or add sliding doors. Everything under the bed can be lit up with floresant/LED lighting, even the closet area. The steps up to the bed also act as a dresser drawer, when they pull out, they slide on top of the steps. Normal looking head board with shelving and holes for more lighting and electrical devices. little over 8 foot long from back of headboard to edge of the steps. About 6-7 foot high from floor to top of headboard. About 4-5 foot wide from foot of the half bench seat to wall side of the bed.
