A botle heater that is positioned ideally 60 degree from the zenith - 30 degree from the ground, with a conical reflector that is 45 degrees wide - this heater should be well suited for scandinavian countries. The cone is not parabolical yet it should heat the bottle very well thanks to the heater tube in the middle that absorbs heat and the placement of the heating pot or botle.
