Grade 2 Listed Building. Built as a farmhouse in 1869. Two storeys with attic. Rear wing forms T-plan. Large gables on front elevation. Cotwold limestone coursed rubble walls with ashlar dressings and marlstone segmental relieving arches over windows. Elaborate, red and blue brick, chimney stacks. Rear wing has attic casement windows in half-gabled dormers; and, on the Ground floor, a doorway with a four-centred arched head and a plank door. The building was converted into three residences in 1985. The single storey outbuilding at rear was renovated at this time.
