Four bedroom residence. 'Y-shaped' floor plan. Two storeys. Built 2006. Reinforced concrete structural frame. Beam and pot flooring - hollow terracotta bricks between in-situ concrete beams. Random rubble stone facing and stucco finish to structure and single skin, hollow terracotta bricks, external walls. Red brick feature platband externally between rubble stone and stucco. Pitched roofs with broad overhanging eaves. Pantiles. Deep balconies. Timber post supports to canopy roofs. Feature chimney in white stuccoed blockwork with pyramidal, pantiled, capping. Panelled timber main entrance door. Swimming pool. Garden shed in stuccoed blockwork with painted steel door and pantiled roof.
