The Alston Works Coach House as it is now called is part of the larger Alston Works site, Alston Road, Barnet, EN5 4EL. It is a Victoria collection of building once famed as the largest manufacturers of Dental equipment in Europe. The Original Dental Works football team went on to become Barnet Alston FC which is today Barnet FC part of the Football League. The distinctive building is Brick and Slate with a number of additions during the 110 year history. Many of the upper floors still have the original lower parts of the windows with hazed glass to stop the employees looking out of the windows at the fantastic Barnet views. The Buildings are currently occupied by a mix of artists, offices, life pix photographers, apjobs.net recruitment specialists, The Works Gym and printing groups renting via amazing-space.org.uk
