This is a house that could be found in your typical midwestern neighborhood. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a detailed model with many things to offer such as an impressive master bathroom, a hobby station in the garage, a high vaulted ceiling in the living room, kitchen cabinets, fireplace, and window mouldings. There is a giant dormer in the back. Basement access is under the stairs. This house has plenty of warmth as can be shown in the carpeted stairs. The dining room boasts a large front window. The breakfast nook features the back door. The kitchen has 2 ovens. Enjoy this highly detailed model and its interesting floorplan. Please rate! This is the type of house that I am most familiar with and one of my favorites. ***To the guy who claims this to be one of Cordelle's models, it isn't. This is the original house. Cordelle remodeled it for a model he did later. If I use a model from somebody else, I always tell you. Also, if you wonder about Cordelle's models, ALWAYS read his descriptions closely and ALWAYS look at the date of upload*** Enjoy :)
