The 29 story Chicago Hilton and Towers was designed by Holabird & Root in 1927. The hotel complex has undergone many remodels and additions over the years including the addition of a modern spa and parking garage during the 1980s. Four U.S. presidents as well as numerous famous actors and politicians have stayed in the $5000/night Conrad Hilton Suite located on the 29th and 30th floors. The roof with it's famous colonnade was the set for a scene in the movie "The Fugitive". Model created by Nathan Kohrmann.
