Two words come to mind when viewing this house and they are "Starter Home". Yeah, this house is small and simple, good words to describe a starter home. Still, this house has notable highlights such as the hansome fascade with its combination of brick and cladding. Cladding exists all around the house. The brown shutters and the attic dormer above give this house good character with those accents. Walk into a hallway that extends into an open great room complete with corner brick fire place. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Another good thing about this house is its amount of closet space. The kitchen is triangular with a good amount of cabinetry. It opens out to the small dining room which features a sliding glass door to go out back. Who said bigger has to be better? As long as it would work for you, so let it be!
