This block in Denver includes McCormick's Fish House, Il Fornaio Resturant, William Matthews Gallery, Barteles Seeds Building, Wynkoop Parking Garage, Kentwood Properties, The Oxford Annex and The Oxford Hotel. The largest structure is the 7 floor parking garage, with 4 stories of office space above. This block includes the historic Oxford Hotel. Built in 1891 by architect Frank E. EdBrooke, the hotel is one of Denver’s oldest. It has a classically simple exterior and an extravagant interior. Modeled by Adam Hecht.
