"The Oyster Bay" is a "Long Island Colonial" residence designed to be built in an upscale "housing development." The house features a living room, dining room, kitchen with pantry and laundry room, powder room, several bedrooms and bathrooms, and a master suite. It also has one fireplace, a two-car garage, and a pleasant front porch. This is the third house in a series of 5 or 6 (or 7, if I feel like it). The house is loosely based on one in the Universal Studios backlots in California.
