"The Norton" is a Colonial-style residence designed to be built in an upscale "housing development." The house features a high ceiling in the first floor with living room and adjoining family room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, several bedrooms and bathrooms, and a master suite which occupies one third of the upstairs. It also has two fireplaces, a spacious porch designed for gracious entertaining, and floor-length windows in the first floor. This is the seventh house in a series of 11. The exterior is based loosely on a house in the Universal Studios backlots in Hollywood, California, and the interior is based on the plans for a certain English manor house.
