Wesleyan Chapel built in 1825 of coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins. Hipped slate roof. Three-bay front with, originally, two tiers of large round-arched windows. Chapel enlarged towards the rear in 1838 - brick surround arched windows added; and red brick quoins on rear corners. Memorial tablets built into new rear wall. Single storey Schoolroom block added in 1881 in matching materials. Slate roof with hipped end and gablet at rear. Stone-coped gable wall at front. Ashlar and rubble stone chimney to match chimney on older building. Front door of older, two storey, building moved from side elevation to front. Stone porch added with non-contemporaneous inscription 'Wesleyan Chapel 1825'. This inscribed stonework with the lettering was relocated from the former entrance archway that was originally on the sde of the building. Entire group redesignated as the 'Cam Methodist Church'.
