This block was once home to the general office and warehouse for the McPhee & McGinnity Company building today the building is home to 32 lofts, known as the Clock Tower Lofts renovated by OZ Architecture. The original building was designed by the architectural firm of Fisher and Fisher, this flat roofed brick faced industrial building reflects the Second Renaissance Revival style in its numerous evenly spaced arched window openings. The original two-story portion was constructed in 1913, and there is a 1919 one-story addition. Model by Matt Brown and Lars Zimmerman.
