This is the 40 West 4th Centre in Downtown Dayton, Ohio. The building's construction was completed in 1969, and briefly held the title of Dayton's tallest building, until the Winters Bank Tower, now the Kettering Tower was topped out a year later. This building took the title from the Art Deco Liberty Tower, built in 1931. This is a rather interesting building, its northern and southern facades are all glass, but the east/ west facades are black brick. The glass facades in this model are textures of the real building, but the brick sides are a default brick texture in SketchUp that I turned black, as it gives better quality than any photo I could find.
