This block of buildings is operated by the Federal Square Condo Trust. It is a combination of 4 buildings. The building on the corner is a Garden Architecture styled building constructed in 1950. The building has first floor retail space with 125 feet of street front retail space along Main Street in Federal Square. The brick structure at 17 Federal Street was constructed in 1915. It is connected to the rest of building by a bridged structure over Allen Court, a public alley which connects Federal Street with Franklin Street and City Hall. These buildings contain 65 residential units, mostly one and two bedroom condominiums. The buildings are a just yards from the newly restored Hanover Theatre.
