It's my 50th model on the Warehouse! I've decided to celebrate by constructing something completely original (not that I haven't done something original in the past (Wooden House, Craftsman, Solar House, Desert House, Library, and a number of others). Whatever! Anyway, I give you a typical suburban house with a classical French fascade. It is a two story, four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, two living areas, formal dining (shares with family room), lots of closets, a large bonus room, and much more! the first story has all of your essential living atributesand three of your bedrooms. The plumbing is set in one area. The kitchen is complete with a pantry. The laundry room features a sink, a supply closet, and a water heater (encased). You will see your living quarters with 10' high ceilings. Upstairs will house the master suite with a small light nook. There are also two other spaces up there. A sitting room and a large bonus room await. The bounus room is great for late night poker, a bar, or a studio which is accompanied by a small bathroom. It also recieves a lot of light for it has three big windows! The less lighted rooms have skylights. There is a semi-detatched two car garage around back linked to the house by a covered walkway. Even though this is not a big house, it has so much to offer for roughly any family! If you decide not to take my word for it, take a look and see for yourself with the layers tab. Happy 50 to me! Tehee! Enjoy and please rate :)
