Residence. Built in 1937 in 'Moderne' style, strongly influenced by the architectural designs of the preceeding 'Art-Deco' period. White stuccoed brick walls. Pyramidal roof with green glazed 'Double Roman' roofing pantiles. Curved glass in lounge bay window. Lounge bay located at S.E. corner of building; and windows to master bedroom over, also located on S.E. corner. English oak front door in concave recess under convex bay window, all located on N.E. corner of building frontage. Painted timber casement windows. Sundry fenestration at sides and rear. Bedroom, with flat roof, added in 1962 - over the original garage. Bi-folding timber plank garage doors with glazing panels.
