The Insurance Exchange is an authentic historic loft building with huge open lofts that feature many modern amenities. Most lofts have hardwood floors and gourmet kitchens, as well as exposed brick, high ceilings and huge windows. The building itself is a work of art with great architectural elements you just don't find in the newer high-rises.
