Child's Bunk Bed which can be converted to a loft. It is sized for a standard twin mattress. Most parts are standard sizes available at most DIY centers. 4 x 4, 2 x 6, and 1 x. Steel angle iron are attached to 2 x 6 side rails to support a full 1/2" plywood base to support a twin mattress. There is one foot of clearance under lower rails for storage. If used as a loft, there is five feet of clearance under the upper rails for placement of a desk, drawers, etc. Desk, shelving and drawer units to be used under the loft will be added later as separate items in Warehouse.
