I decided on a high level of detail and realism this time. It is designed to meet the strict standards and requirements of the California Retail Food Code which makes it difficult and expensive for street vendors to be in business. It's a full restaurant kitchen on wheels including prep sinks, a separate hand sink, 2 30lbs. propane tanks, 3 hotdog steamers, cash drawer, sneeze guards, refrigeration (refrigerator not modeled due to time issues) and all the parts a trailer needs. Of course the name and menu is Star Wars inspired, but that's hardly a surprise from me.
