A grinder and mixer used by butcher and meat cutters to grind hamburger, sausage, and more. The grinder is to scale in size (height/width/length of the Hobart 4352), and has all the sections of the model grouped to allow easy rotation or removal. There are two versions of the footpedal and lid - delete the one you do not need for your model (I did it this way for proper placement). Includes everything - footpedal, grinder tool, paddles, hamburger grind plate, cutting blade, auger, lug and cart to catch grinds, etc. The grinder is a cross between a Hobart 4352 and the Hobart 4361 - which is like the modified grinder I used the most while working as a butcher myself.
