Design by Arne Jacobsen (1902-1971). He is known as Denmark's leading international functionalist for style and architecture. When he was younger he started a apprenticeship as a bricklayer before studying at the school of architecture where he taught as a professor later on. His designs became famous as drawings and were modeled in cardboard and plaster in original size. Jacobsen's masterpiece the chair #7 or also called the series 7 chairs designed in 1955 are still among the most commercially successfully seating programs ever and are produced in more than millions of copies. Very famous in businesses, schools and educational institutions.
