Design Poul Kjaerholm, 1978. Aluminum, ABS plastic. Made in Denmark by Fritz Hansen. The PK8 – is part of Fritz Hansen's "Poul Kjaerholm collection". The design is from 1978 and until 2007 it only existed as a drawing and as a prototype in Hanne Kjaerholm’s home. The beautiful, organic shell is known from the PK9 – the 3-legged aluminum base, however, is unique. A notable chair, the PK8 follows the delicacy of Kjaerholm's design style. It is suitable for any environment, from lounges and waiting areas to private homes. The PK8 is a fine choice together with a great variety of tables, but the best match is the PK58 table.
