A traditional bedroom chest with 4 small upper and 2 larger lower drawers. Actualized in Cherrywood, but Maple, Alder, for Georgia Yellow Pine would provide a handsome piece. Drawers fronts should be dovetailed, and sides can be 1/2" Finnish plywood. If made with care, stock metal drawer guides are not needed. Side panels should be raised, with reversed grain.
