This is La Cupola an espresso pot designed for Alessi by Aldo Rossi. Though I'd scaled the image to a 12" 6 cup pot, I think that the proportions were more meant for the 3" one. Modern Alessi pots have either matte black or shiny aluminum. Mine was from before this pot became a luxury designer item and is in a matte aluminum patina.
