The truncated pyramid coffee table white base with cantilever 48.5 inch square black top is designed by John A. Weick RA & AP LEED on 7 July 2013 and is part of John Weick Functional Sculptures. The reverse slope upside down truncate pyramid is to allow for foot space and for a minimal geometric shape. Corners are rounded to prevent sore toes and for a soft appearance. The glass top is part of the minimal appearance and has rounded corners to protect human body parts from being impaled. This design comes in various sizes, shapes, finishes, materials and colors.
