The SC7is the Australian and European built version of the SC2, which is made in Melbourne, Australia for sale in Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East and Cologne, Germany for Europe, is closely related to the American version, but with defferent front and rear styling, suspension tune and engine options. The Australian made models have a choice of 2.5L twin turbo I6, 3.6L LPG I6, 3.0L turbo diesel I6 or 5.0l supercharged V8, European models can also have 1.6 or 2.0L turbo I4 or 2.3L turbo diesel I4. All these drive the rear wheels through a six speed manual or auto. This is the base model ES sedan (a wagon might come later) with the 2.5TT engine and auto gearbox. It produces a class leading 236kW(316hp)@6200rpm and torque is now 440Nm(324ft-lb)@2900rpm. It's got all the features you'd expect from a large family sedan including iPod connection, bluetooth streaming, air conditioning, CD player 7 airbags and TC and DSC.
