Located to the east of adjacent Cologne Tower this building offers plenty of sophisticated office space at Cologne's thriving MediaPark location. Originally planned to be developed by the the same team which built the tower architect Thomas Kostulski had the task to integrate his design with the one for the accompanying buildings. He chose to cover the walls with coated sheet metal for the exemption of the glass wall facing the open square. Like with the surrounding buildings the glass has been printed with a translucent image of clouds and the famous Cologne cathedral. As the image was applied offset from floor to floor one gets the impression of a filmstrip out of phase in the projector and out of sync with the actual reflections.
