This model is useful for checking that a monitor layout design meets the requirements of ISO Standard 9241-5:1999. The model includes indications for: - a primary viewing cone; +/- 15 degrees of the Line of Sight* (LOS). - a secondary viewing cone; 60 degrees below horizontal, and 35 degrees wither side of the LOS. *LOS for this posture is 35 degrees below horizontal. There are a pair of cones to represent both 5th percentile females and 95th percentile males.
