Actual scale crate made of OSB and 2x4s. Constructed for moving a Lambretta Series 3 scooter, but can be adapted for other scooters or small bikes. Show and hide layers to see all the pieces. Basically build the base and sides individually. Then use pan head wood screws with fender washers to assemble. This allows you to easily reuse the crate.
