Drawn from "American Furniture Treasures," by Franklin Gottschall. It's compact piece of furniture, well suited even for modern homes. The top flips up to expose pigeon-holes and drawers inside, and a writing surface that slides forward. (Thanks to Dave Richards for his initial creation of the layers that show the desk closed and open.)
