This is a computer desk I made from a single sheet of plywood. It has 3 areas to store books so it doubles as a bookshelf too. In the background, it shows how all the parts can be cut from a single sheet of plywood. I used 3/4 birch adjusting the width of the dadoes to match the plywood thickness. I used screws on all the shelves (and top) to make this transportable. It would be much sturdier if glued. It is optional to glue the top shelf unit to the desktop.
