This model is based on the contemporary 'partner's desk', designed by Robert Hillier and built by Birdie Miller Designs. Dimensions and configurations are approximate (best guess based on photos). The desk is made of select, quartered & figured English sycamore. The top is leather, set even with the top wood frame. The supporting brace under the desk is custom fabricated stainless steel. Unseen, in the bottom of the drawer cabinet is 400 lbs of counter weights to balance this dynamic design.
