80" x 12" flat hollow core door with 4.5in deep frame (for 2'x4' stud wall with 1/2" sheet rock on both sides). There are two layers that control whether the door is rendered in the opened or closed position. Layers are also used to configure door hardware. Options include: bell or plymouth style door handles, and locking (keyed or privacy) or non-locking door knob. A material definition has been applied to all hardware, so if you apply your desired material to the overall model, everything will be colored correctly. This model shares common components (e.g. hardware) with other doors in my "Doors and Door Hardware" collection such that using different doors from my collection in a model doesn't result in multiple versions of common parts, thereby reducing the overall size of the model they are used in. This door model available in heights of 78" & 80" and widths of 12", 14", 15", 16", 18", 20", 22", 24", 26", 28", 30", 32", 34" & 36". 84" & 96" tall version of this door will be posted upon request. This door can also be framed with 3.5in or 6.5in deep frames on request.
