78" x 32" bi-fold door with 4.5in deep frame (for 2'x4' stud wall with 1/2" sheet rock on both sides). Door and frame based on measurements for the Jeld-Win Arlington series of doors. There are two layers that control whether the door is rendered in the opened or closed position. The bottom pivot bracket and pin can be raised or lowered to allow for flooring material by opening the door frame component and moving the bottom pivot bracket and pin component up/down the blue axis. Hardware details include hinges, pivot assemblies, glide wheel assembly, glide track, snugger (spring & block), screw heads, and door knob (based on the Betsy Fields Design Venetian bronze knob available at Lowe's and used in our bathroom). This model shares common components (e.g. hardware) with other bi-fold doors in my "Doors and Door Hardware" collection such that using different bi-fold doors from my collection in a model doesn't result in multiple versions of common parts, thereby reducing the overall size of the model they are used in. I can frame this door up with 3.5in or 6.5in deep frame on request. An 80" high version of this door will be posted shortly. 84" & 96" high version of this door will be posted upon request. This door is available in 24", 28", 30", 32", 36", 48", 56", 60", 64" & 72" widths in my "Doors and Door Hardware" collection.
