Normally, when you want a model to have a door that 'opens', you place an open door in one Layer, and a closed door in another. However, this still impedes you when you try to do a Walkthrough of that doorway. This door uses Layers as well, but also employs another trick to make it so that the door is actually open when you check the correct Layer (in the menu under Windows). This door, or any variation thereof, is suitable for a realistic building.
