Single dwelling. Built in 1900 with decorative Late Victorian red brick frontage and carved timber painted bargeboards. Painted timber finial in apex of gable. Painted timber scalloped boarding to the top section of gable. Yellow and red brick quoins on the two front corners. Yellow brick platband. Limestone hoodmoulds and sills, and yellow brick quoins, to front sash wndows. Limestone king mullion in Ground Floor front window set. Front doorcase with stone pilasters and stone closed pediment on consoles. Brick chimneys. Stuccoed side and rear elevations. Some arch headed windows and a doorway towards the back. These were in the original rear extension when the house had a 'L-shape' floor plan. The house had an infill extension and new chimney stack added at the rear in the Mid 20th C.
