Grade 2 Listed Building. Residence. Prominent corner position with elevations on both Woodmancote and Uley Road. Bath limestone ashlar villa built circa 1825. Segmental-arched recesses for Ground floor tripartite sash windows. These windows have sunblind valencing. Two-storey high central break forward to facade. Central glazed unused doorway in segmental-arched recess. This doorway has a corbeled canopy with a moulded cornice and stone architraves. All roofs hipped and low pitched. Eaves-mounted ashlar and red brick chimneys. Coursed rubble limestone recessed link block to the adjacent row of houses on Woodmancote frontage.
