Grade 2 Listed Building. Residence. Early 18th C. Refronted circa 1830. Stuccoed limestone rubble walls. Three storeys plus attic. Brick chimneys. Tripartite sash windows on Ground floor plus central doorway with side fenestration and open timber pediment over. Welsh slate roof. Between 1830 and 1840 the building became Dursley Grammar School. Rear extensions, including an assembly room, were added, and the building was subsequently connected internally with No. 23 and the then new No. 25 circa 1870. In the 1960/70's, the building was used as a hostel for Lister workers.
