These houses remind me of barn shapes. Anyway, here is a Dutch Colonial with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The compact design has so much to offer. There are closets, the master bedroom is quite large, and the kitchen is reasonably sized. The pantry is back-to-back with the stacked washer and dryer. The laundry station is behind a curtain. You may wish to remove that and turn the area into a broom closet instead (move the laundry into the basement). The coat closet is right at the foot of the stairs. The dining room has much light and is accessed from the large living room with an arched doorway. The front has a large window /w planter, sunporch, and shed-roof dormer. These are the wonders you shall discover while exploring (use the layers to see inside). Enjoy it, use it, and rate it...please. Use this to complete any town scene. Put your furniture in it. Turn it into a home. The interior was made simple for a reason.
