I was feeling a little sentimental and made a house that resembles a lot of my old models from way back when. This is your typical suburban house, located in the western/southwestern USA. There is a split floorplan with the master ensuite on the right side and the additional two bedrooms (plus hall bathroom) on the left side of the house. Also on the left side is a small powder room and a laundry closet. The large living/entertaining area features an open kitchen (with hidden pantry, that's why there isn't a door for the extra closet adjacent to the kitchen), enough room for a small breakfast table, a built-in office/desk wall and a large family/sitting room with a fireplace. This area has dramatic cathedral ceilings. Just off the family room is a formal dining room with nice architectural details.
