Grade 2 Listed Building. Residence. Formerly a gatehouse lodge for 'Ferney Hill; Late 18th C. Stuccoed walls. Replacement tile roof. Ashlar chimney set on the diagonal. Grand open-sided Tuscan portico at front, 'distyle in antis' with armorial beast in lozenge in tympanum. Central doorway with 20th C glazed door. Stone ball finials at gable ends. Lean-to extensions to each side.
