A dynamic (metric) door opening which forms an opening with a surrounding facing in a wall: The 'Back' part works with 'Door Front or Door Multi' to cut an opening through a double skin wall.
To cut openings in a wall face these components must be taken directly from the Component Library and immediately placed onto a wall surface: They will not cut the wall if they are simply dragged from from inside the model!
Place 'Door Front or Door Multi' on the first wall surface then place 'Door Back' on the wall surface behind and align. 'The two parts should form a wall opening between two wall surfaces with a door and facings. You can adjust the door and facing sizes and set the wall depth using the 'Component Options' dialogue (View/Toolbars/Dynamic Components). The door can be 'handed' using the scale tool; temporarily 'hide' the wall face (if necessary) to see the green pull handles.
