Grade 2 Listed Buildings. Early 19th C. Two dwellings in a terrace. One with coursed and squared limestone walls; and one with coursed, squared and painted limestone walls. Decorative Edwardian porches with umbrella hoods supported by trelliswork. Arch headed windows. Also some original straight timber lintels. Red brick chimneys. The cottage with the diagonal cement slate roof used to be a forge in the 19th C. It has a modern front door to the right of the porch and sundry 20th C extensions at rear. The cottage with the exposed stonework has a blocked doorway to the left of its porch. The cottages are set gable to road.
