Those copper heat pipes that you usaully see are for conduction threw the copper but now they travel liquid through out the system to help better with conduction. The motor unit to circulate the liquid is located on top of the heat sink and never needs to be refilled. There is a screw on top however so you can upgrade the fluid to something more conductive if you'd like. The dual fan system pushes air striaght threw the heatsink with ease and helps contribute to the 15db~20db sound improvment among most cpu coolers. Because of its simple design and universality it may run for about 45.00 bucks retail. Thats alot of hooping bananas and because of its total fiction there will not be one of these ever unless some big fancy biusness guy comes to make house telling me he stole and patented my idea and said fooy you. There my be others like this but this is the first i know of. Feel free to rate this model whatever rating you may like. This probably took me ~2.5h to make along with little things i had to take care of between that. All parts were made by me EXCEPT the screws. I do not remember who made those.
