This apple's texture is Frankensteinien, it is composed of 3 apples skin. These were the apples I found around. If you want to use this in a rendering tool add a reflective layer to the two textures (materials). Opps I forgot to scale it down, well here you have a giant 1 meter apple, you'll have to scale it down before use.
